Daily Grind- Thursday, 4/13/2017

7:15am wake up- streak over at 8 days

A Block

None- rushed out the door. Bummer.

B Block

  • 1 client call

C Block

  • 1 hour spent working on The Coach K Show Spoon-Fed resource

D Block

No practice or game

PD Block

  • French practice 10xp on DuoLingo– 86-day streak


Week 4, Day 4

MASS Supersets

7 rounds

  • Back Squat 300# x 5
  • KB Swings 30# x 20


  • Bench Press 200# x 5 (RX was 7 rounds but I went 5, 4, 3, 3, 3, 3, 3)
  • Med Ball slams 8# x 20


1:1 work rest ratio


  • General: We didn’t get home from the game until after midnight, so I chose to sleep in. Didn’t get as much done as I had planned yesterday but will not be working next week outside of the biz at all so will have plenty of time to catch up. So glad to be done with this workout cycle.
  • Nutrition: Good minus mid-day snack, rebounded after workout
  • Body: Good coming off a rest day
  • Mind: Missed my meditation yesterday. Could definitely tell.
  • Sleep: 6.5 hours
