    • 2 hours of membership website research for the platform
  • Interviewed for guest spot on business podcast (interview went great, was accepted)

Coached a lacrosse game, won 19-0

Week 4, Day 5

30:30 work to rest, 3 rounds

  • Trap bar deadlift 265#- 12, 13, 10
  • KB Press 45#- 12, 9, 7
  • Rear foot elevated split squats right leg, 30# KB- 15×3
  • Rear foot elevated split squats left leg, 30# KB- 15×3
  • Push-ups 35, 30, 30
  • Bent rows with 45# kbs- 23, 20 15

 

NOTES:

  • General: Good way to end the week. I did my morning routine and was still feeling some lag from the late night on Wednesday, so decided to go back to sleep at 6 and slept until 8. Ended the first block of my new training template. Phase 2 will be similar, just switching deadlifts for squat variations.
  • Nutrition: Can’t remember, posting late
  • Body: Was beat up from a late Thursday night workout
  • Mind: Good
  • Sleep: 6 hours + 2 hour nap
