NOTES:

  • General: Yesterday was good until about 3pm, where I started feeling sick. I am wondering if it’s stress or something else but took the rest of the day off as a preventative measure. The one-page plan from Greg Brennaman’s book is really helping clarify some things.
  • Nutrition: Good
  • Body: Felt sick and weak at the gym. Left towards the end of my workout and didn’t finish everything I had programmed.
  • Mind: Okay
  • Sleep: 7.5 hours
