2 hours of floor hockey with lacrosse team

30:30 circuit, 8 movements, 1 minute rest between rounds

  • Chin-ups- 9, 8, 7
  • Rear leg elevated Split squats R leg, 30#- 15, 15, 15
  • Rear leg elevated Split squats L leg, 30#- 15, 15, 15
  • KB Thruster 45#
  • Pushups- 22, 23, 27
  • Bent Rows 45#- 18, 15, 15

NOTES:

  • General: Feeling a lot better now that I’ve had a few days to rest. Haven’t gotten up early in a few days but will get back on the horse next week. After talking with the guys at Goalcast the past few days, really looking forward to the opportunity to write for them.
  • Nutrition: Good
  • Body: Much better.
  • Mind: Good
  • Sleep: 7.5 hours
