Week 2, Day 1

  • Back Squat 3x10x235#
  • Incline Bench Press 3x10x145#
  • RDL 3x10x145#
  • Chins 10, 7, 7

NOTES:

  • General: Okay day. Didn’t get as much done on the business end as I would have liked.
  • Nutrition: Good
  • Body: Still feeling pretty fatigued from the first cycle of this program, but the weights are light enough currently that I’m able to grind through. On top of that, my shins have been sore since floor hockey on Friday.
  • Mind: Okay
  • Sleep: 7.5 hours
